Dr. Jay Grimstead, Director
Dr. Jay Grimstead is the Founder and Director of the Coalition on Revival and the International Church Council Project. He was a personal friend and co-laborer with the late Dr. Francis Schaeffer in the International Council on Biblical Inerrancy and considers Dr. Schaeffer his mentor. Dr. Grimstead, a favorite of the young for his offbeat, rollicking sense of humor and fresh perspectives, worked for 20 years with the international youth organization Young Life. For many years since then, he has been a leading visionary and networker among Christian groups around the world.
Dr. Grimstead received his Doctor of Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. Jay and his wife Donna live in Murphys, California.
Dr. Eugene Clingman, Executive Administrator
Eugene has served with the International Church Council Project (ICCP) since Fall of 1999 and currently serves as the Executive Administrator. Eugene graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berean Bible College, San Diego, CA with a Bachelor of Theology in 1979. He received the Master of Ministry (M.Min.) degree from Heber Springs Theological Seminary in 2011 and the Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree from the same seminary in 2013. Eugene and his wife Edna have six children. Eugene has five children from his first wife of 21 years, Shirley, who died in 1998. Eugene and Edna were married in 2002 and live in Winona, Missouri with seven children (four are grown and flown).
Over the years Eugene has served as a pastor and as an associate pastor. He served with the US Center for World Mission founded by Dr. Ralph Winter (Pasadena, California). At the USCWM Eugene served in several capacities, and before transferring to serve with the ICCP, he was the interim manager of the USCWM’s publishing house, William Carey Library Publishing; Dr. Winter was Eugene’s direct supervisor during this time.
